Excesive IDLE CPU usage in Visual Studio 2022

I'm using the extension in Visual Studio 2022 v17.11.5
Running it in a Windows 10 qemu VM set with 8 cores (i7-10700) and 10GB of RAM with a KDE Neon as host.

Just by being IDLE without doing anything I get the following usage:

If I kill the "language_server_windows_x64" process, the extension logs out, it stops the high cpu usage for a moment, then relogins and the high cpu usage starts again.

If I kill the "Microsoft Edge Webview2" process, the extension just stops working showing "This page is having a problem" and the cpu usage goes normal.
