Cascade terminal unresponsive causes erroneous "successful" prompt #187
Description
Sometimes and quite often recently (unsure if it is due to some user input i'm doing more common than previously or a recent update has exacerbated issue) I give the Cascade agent a prompt. The prompt hangs and no output is shown. Sometimes it hangs indefinitely, more often the agent thinks that the prompt has been successfully processed, for example: "run test" -> agent says tests successful despite me knowing the test 100% fails.
On top of this: If I open the Cascade terminal window, The initial line appears to be blank/white text and it's completely unresponsive/unusable.
I am yet to figure out how to consistently resolve issue as well, which makes this further infuriating. If I restart/kill windsurf it doesn't always resolve issue.
