Explain, Refactor, Generate not working

All functions invocalbe from editor are not working. If I write in chat I get responces normally.

Getting this error on loading
Error: Failed to initialize tracked workspace: The path is not of a legal form.

Also "DID YOU KNOW" window does not disapper after I saw all tips. It's normal?

It's the same for me since two weeks on Visual Studio
All actions passed in code doesnt work as "explain" "refactor" etc....
But open chat directly and ask works fine.

Explain, refactor gone from visual code edit otherwise working normally.
