Languages that are not english don't use font

Fonts are created by people who, most of the time, only create the letters for their language. Sorry

It took you very long to answer this. The problem was in GMod itself, and it is almost fixed now: if you want to use non-latin characters from your font, you should set extended to true in the table passed to surface.CreateFont.

I did not know of Extended at the time I wrote the program. I changed it so hopefully that'll fix any issues. I'll try to push it to Workshop at a later date
