This commit will integrate https://github.com/mchandramouli/blobs with haystack-agent. This contains addition of BlobAgent which will initialize the blobs related GRPC server along with all the dispatchers needed to dispatch the blob. A default config is also given for the S3Dispatcher.

Corrected default kafka bootstrap server config which was overwritten to something else by mistake
