Hide chats when there are no unread messages

LHN is going to get cluttered fast for some people, plus we have these weird ghost chats with Concierge. Hiding chats when there are no unread messages would resolve this.

Pinning our default rooms is done (by default!, ha). So we can start working on this. (HIGH seems like proper labeling too)
Just make sure you don't unpin the default rooms when you're working on this. For more context.

@chiragsalian , noticed this morn when I logged on that in my inbox I have a #deprecate-interom email but it's not showing as bolded on Desktop. Not sure if this is directly related to what you're working on. If not, leave a comment and I'll create another GH once I'm back on Tues
