Action Performed:

1. Go to URL https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in to account with the Collect policy (Admin or employee)
3. Navigate to Settings > Workspaces. You should see your Collect workspace, click on it
4. Click on Workflows
5. Toggle the first 2 options ( Delay submissions and Add approvals)
6. Try to scroll to the bottom

Expected Result:

The page can be scrolled to see all options

Actual Result:

Cannot scroll to see the 3th option (Make or track payments)
