Enable AdHoc HybridApp builds from WIP changes

Problem

We're unable to generate AdHoc builds for changes that span App and Mobile-Expensify. We didn't need this in the original requirements but it will be very helpful.

### Solution

Update the HybridApp AdHoc workflow to allow custom branches.
