App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Preconditions: Join this WS https://new.expensify.com/settings/workspaces/1C780CA463966475/join?email=gatantm+219@gmail.com and set is as default

1. Launch new expensify
2. Tap on the FAB icon from LHN
3. Tap on Create expense
4. Tap on Scan and take a photo

Expected Result:

User is navigated to the preview where they can select where to send the expense

Actual Result:

User is returned to the camera UI.
Issue is repro only with mentioned WS.
