Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit an expense.
4. Go to Reports > Expense Reports.
5. Click on the expense.

Expected Result:

LHN tab should highlight Expense Reports.

Actual Result:

LHN tab highlights Reports when expense report is opened.

I have confirmed that this bug is a result of #58360 by reverting it in main locally.
