[Awaiting checklist] [$250] Hide active reports when they are archived/hidden after deleting the workspace

Currently, the report that was active in the LHN before deleting a policy, will remain visible until the user clicks on another report (example in video). After deleting the policy, the new active report should be the one on top of the old active report (which now will also be archived and hidden). cc @puneetlath @flaviadefaria

@carlosmiceli So when we delete the WS and go to the Inbox again, we want the archived report to be hidden immediately instead of opening another report, right?

Right, to be even more specific:

• Let's say we have report 1, report 2, and report 3.
• Report 2 and 3 will be archived and hidden once I delete the policy.
• Right now I'm positioned on report 2, making it the active report.
• I go to settings and delete the policy.
• When I go back to the LHN the user should already be positioned on report 1, which was previously on top of report 2.
• Both reports 2 and 3 should disappear.
