Action Performed:

  1. Sign in to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Click on FAB > Create expense
  3. Enter amount and Click next
  4. Edit the "To" section to send expense to a non workspace conversation/ oneself

Expected Result:

Prompt to enter merchant is removed and expense confirmation page is displayed.

Actual Result:

Expense creation flow returns to entering amount and previously entered amount is cleared.
