Action Performed:

1. Launch desktop app.
2. Open a few reports.
3. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
4. Log in with a different account.
5. Refresh the page.
6. Click Open New Expensify.
7. Open a few reports.
8. Go to Settings.
9. Click Log out.

Expected Result:

App will not relogin.

Actual Result:

App relogins after logging out when account is signed in from web.
