For expense previews on smaller screens (mobile), the overall width of the expense preview is skinnier and thus the receipt thumbnail feels "taller" in proportion to other expense previews, particularly desktop. If we use aspect-ratio, we always get a consistent proportionality. This will also ensure that eReceipts always get the same exact cut-off point.

I think using aspect-ratio: 16 / 9 seems to give us a good proportion here.
