Action Performed:

1. Create workspace, enable approvals, enable delay submissions, enable payments, invite submitter
2. As the submitter, create and submit a reimbursable expense
3. As the approver, approve the expense but do not pay it

Expected Result:

Submitter doesn’t have the ability to ‘Pay’ the report

Actual Result:

Submitter has the option to pay

@adelekennedy, for this one, you might need to set delay submissions to weekly and actually wait for the report to auto-submit to then approve and test if the submitter sees the pay button.
