App Component: Left Hand Navigation (LHN)

Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Have at least a report with GBR or RBR in LHN.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Press CMD+D.
3. Enable Debug mode.
4. Click View on the debug modal on the top right.

Expected Result:

Debug modal should be displayed correctly in LHN.

Actual Result:

Debug modal is placed at the top and overlaps with Expensify logo in LHN.
When debug RHP is opened, the modal shrunkens and overlaps with Expensify logo.

can reproduce, I think it's probably due to moving the menu to the left instead of the bottom, just need to figure out what PR that is and can go from there.
