   2.Perform a four-finger tap
   3.Verify that the Troubleshoot modal opens up
2. Tap the Force offline toggle

Expected Result:

The force offline toggle works when opening Troubleshoot by four-finger tap

Actual Result:

Unable to go offline when opening Troubleshoot with a four-finger tap, the toggle becomes unresponsive
