App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Open empty workspace chat.
3. Send a message to the chat.
4. Tap on the composer.
5. Long tap on the sent message.
6. Tap add reaction icon.
7. Select any emoji.

Expected Result:

There will be no gap between the sent message and the composer after reacting to the message with emoji.

Actual Result:

There is gap between the sent message and the composer after reacting to the message with emoji.

• fix: Keyboard opens briefly between ReportActionContextMenu and EmojiPicker modals #61492: Altered ActionSheetKeyboardSpace and composer focus logic during add-reaction flow, likely causing residual spacing beneath messages once the EmojiPicker closes.
• Refactor usages of useOnyx to use the App wrapper #64746: Large refactor touched ComposerWithSuggestions and reaction components, any mis-sizing after state changes could introduce the observed gap.
