Action Performed:
- Go to staging.expensify.com
- Log in with a new account.
- Create a workspace.
- Submit an expense in workspace chat.
- Go to Reports.
→ Reports load fine without issue. - Go to Account > Troubleshoot > Clear cache and restart > Reset and refresh.
- Go to Reports.
→ Reports load fine without issue. - Go to Workspaces.
- Go to Reports.
→ Reports load infinitely. - Go to Inbox and open workspace chat if not opened.
- Go to Reports.
→ Reports load fine without issue after workspace chat is loaded.
Expected Result:
In Step 9, Reports load fine without issue.
Actual Result:
In Step 9, Reports load infinitely after reset app and switching between Inbox and Workspaces when workspace chat is not opened.
In Step 11, Reports load fine without issue after workspace chat is loaded.
