Action Performed:

Pre-condition:
User has added a copilot account

Steps:

1. Sign in to hybrid app with the copilot account
2. As the app opens in OD, navigate to settings
3. Click on switch to copilot
4. Select the user account
5. While in OD settings of user account, click on the message bubble on the top left to navigate to ND

Expected Result:

The user account opens in ND

Actual Result:

"Uh.. Something went wrong" Page opens

• Further unify linking between standalone NewDot and HybridApp #65506: Reworked HybridApp deep-link and initial URL handling, so OD→ND links fired by the message bubble may now resolve to an unknown route and trigger the generic “Something went wrong” screen.
• Use route preloading functionality from react-navigation 7 to improve user experience by making switching between tabs faster and smoother #65500: Large refactor of react-navigation root stack and route preloading could introduce routing errors when the HybridApp tries to load ND after switching accounts.

• Keeping 11-50 company size in newdot #66588: Changed onboarding redirection rules between OldDot and NewDot which can mis-route certain account types (e.g., copilot) and lead to error state when ND is opened.
