Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace available.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Submit two similar manual expenses.
4. Navigate to "Reports"
5. Long tap and select one of the expenses.
6. Tap on the dropdown menu.
7. Note that "Hold" option is available for expense.
8. Return to workspace chat and open the expenses report.
9. Tap on "Review Duplicate"
10. Tap on "Keep this one" on any of the expenses and complete the process.
11. Once navigated to report again, tap on more.
12. Note that "Hold" option is available for the remaining expense.
13. Navigate to "Reports" again.
14. Long tap and select the expense.
15. Tap on the dropdown menu.
16. Note that "Hold" option is not available for expense.

Expected Result:

"Hold" option should remain available for an expense on "Reports" after resolving duplicates.

Actual Result:

"Hold" option is not available for an expense on "Reports" after resolving a duplicate violation.
