Action Performed:

  1. Open a chat in public room with long chat histroy on desktop or web
  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom
  3. Observe the chat position

Expected Result:

The chat should remain stationary at the bottom and not move unless the user scrolls.

Actual Result:

The chat briefly twitches or scrolls slightly upward or downward after reaching the bottom, without any input.
