Action Performed:

1. Login with account that has an IS Template added with name "Report Custom Export" and several expenses
2. Go to Reports > Expenses
3. Select any expense
4. Tap Export > Report Custom Export

Expected Result:

User should get one notification and one civ file in Concierge chat

Actual Result:

User gets two notifications and two same csv files in Concierge chat
