App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat that has no unsettled expense.
3. Submit an expense.
4. Go to expense report.
5. Mention a user and send it.
6. Click Do nothing.

Expected Result:

The whisper will disappear after clicking Do nothing.

Actual Result:

The whisper does not disappear after clicking Do nothing in expense report.
