I am able to reproduce this issue on both development and production environments.
Precondition: Log in with an account that has multiple reports.
Step:

1. Navigate to the Account page.
2. Clear the cache and restart the app.
3. Go to the Reports page.
4. Attempt to scroll up and down.
5. Verify:

• On staging or production, the console log displays the error:
  Uncaught (in promise) Error: Minified React error;
• On the development environment, the error
  "Maximum update depth exceeded" is thrown.

Precondition: Log in with an account that has multiple reports.

You can try with acccount has many reports

From the error log, it seems coming from Onyx.connect, but since Onyx.connect now is being deprecated and we're going to migrate as of now, I think we can HOLD this issue after the migration is done specifically for reports/search page
