Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace
3. Go back to workspace list
4. Click 3-dot menu on the workspace
5. Click Duplicate Workspace
6. Click Next
7. Note that Reports fields & Tags show 1 report field & 1 tag when there is 0 report field and 0 tag
8. Close the RHP
9. Go to workspace settings > More features
10. Enable Tags
11. Go to Tags and add a few tags
12. Go back to workspace list
13. Click 3-dot menu on the workspace
14. Click Duplicate Workspace
15. Click Next
16. Note that Tags show 1 tag when there is more than 1 tag

Expected Result:

In Step 7, Reports fields and Tags will not be shown because the new workspace does not have any report field and tag
In Step 16, Tags row will show the correct amount of tags

Actual Result:

In Step 7, Reports fields and Tags show 1 report field and 1 tag when workspace does not have report fields and tags
In Step 16, Tags row shows 1 tag when there is more than 1 tag
