Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Reports > Chats
3. Open any chat
4. While report RHP is opened, refresh the page

Expected Result:

Chats will persist in the background after refreshing the page with RHP opened in Chats

Actual Result:

The background resets to Expenses after refreshing the page with RHP opened in Chats
