Action Performed:

1. Open the network panel in devtools and apply a network throttle (not strictly necessary, but makes repro easier)
2. start typing a message in a chat
3. pause for about a second, until you see SaveReportDraftComment in the network panel
4. quickly insert a newline and start typing again

Expected Result:

Newline and characters after it remain in chat like normal

Actual Result:

Newline and perhaps some of the characters will be deleted

Workaround:

Wait longer every time you type a message
