App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace.
3. Go to Reports > Expenses.
4. Open FAB > Create expense > Distance.
5. Submit a distance expense to the workspace chat.
6. Immediately hover over the receipt thumbnail on the expense row after submitting the distance expense.

Expected Result:

Map will be rendered in the receipt when hovered.

Actual Result:

Map shows 403 error in the receipt when hovered.
