App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace settings > More features.
3. Enable Distance rates.
4. Go to DIstance rates.
5. Click Add rate.

Expected Result:

Input field will auto focus.

Actual Result:

Input field does not auto focus in Distance rates > Add rate page.
