App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Open any chat.
3. Send a message.
4. Long tap on the message > Delete comment.
5. Delete the comment.

Expected Result:

The comment will be deleted.

Actual Result:

The comment is not deleted.

Workaround:

Reproduced the bug on android, does not seem to be present in web. Trying to see what could've caused it.

I believe it's because of this PR: #69170. got a fix already, PR coming shortly
