Action Performed:

Precondition:

• User is not logged in to Expensify app.

1. Open public room link via deep link (eg, https://staging.new.expensify.com/r/45330198396915)
2. Tap app back button to return to LHN.
3. Tap Sign in.
4. Log in with a new Gmail account.
5. Kill the app.
6. Relaunch the app.

Expected Result:

Inbox will open when logging in via public room link and relaunching app.

Actual Result:

Public room opens when logging in via public room link and relaunching app.

It is a big PR and I don't think makes sense to revert for this bug which I think is a NAB.
