Action Performed:

Preconditions: ND app installed on the iOS device, user is logged out
User A (on secondary device):

  1. Sign in with a new gmail account with "Chat and split" option
  2. Tap FAB - Start chat - enter gmail address for a non-existing user (will name this account as User B)
  3. Send a message in the chat

User B:

  1. Wait for 10 min, on the iOS device open email with the subject "User A and [User B's email]"
  2. Tap "Open in Expensify " button in the email
  3. When logged in to the app and landed in the chat, send a reply
  4. Tap app back button to navigate to the Inbox, look for a Concierge chat
  5. Open Reports tab/ Chats, look for messages from Concierge

Expected Result:

Concierge chat is displayed in the Inbox

Actual Result:

Concierge chat is not displayed in the Inbox, Concierge messages are not displayed in the Reports/ Chats
