Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Have at least a workspace.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Reports > Submit.
3. Click Filters.

Expected Result:

"Submit" will be selected on Action field when user is on Reports > Submit tab.

Actual Result:

"Submit" is not selected on Action field when user is on Reports > Submit tab.
When on different To-do tab such as Approve, Pay and Export, Action field is auto-populated.
