[$500] Update create expense confirmation page to more clearly indicate automation #71601

Problem:

When a workspace's rules require categories and a user SmartScans a receipt on NewDot, if the confirmation screen shows Category as Required and empty, then users often assume they need to enter a category manually on that screen before proceeding.

Solution:

Similar to what we do on Classic, more clearly indicate the fields that will be automatically filled in by SmartScan/Concierge. This will make SmartScanning on NewDot feel less cumbersome by removing an unnecessary manual step.

The specific changes are:

  1. Move any non-required fields other than description below "show more"
  2. Replace the Required label with Automatic for anything that will be filled automatically
  3. Add the "Concierge will automatically enter the expense details for you, or you can add them manually." explainer text below the receipt image
