Action Performed:

Precondition: workspace with connected Netsuite integration. Tax is enabled on Accounting > Import tab.

1. Go to WS > Accounting
2. Click on Export
3. Click on 'Journal entries tax posting account'

Expected Result:

Because there is default value 'VAT on Purchases MX' for this field, Journal entries tax posting account RHP opens with at least this one default value (like for Export invoices to field).

Actual Result:

Journal entries tax posting account RHP opens with No accounts found message.

This data is imported from NetSuite. After Tax is enabled, you would need to sync the connection to import the Tax values. @nlemma could you please try this again but sync the connection once enabled? If you still run into this issue, let me know.

@VictoriaExpensify Once Tax is enabled, the sync starts automatically and imports the taxes. There’s no need to sync it manually. However, the tester did sync it, and nothing changed. The issue keeps happening.
