Expense - Duplicated Unreported expense in NewDot; receipt fails to load

Action Performed:

1. Open a account in both old and new dot
2. In old dot, open expense tab
3. Create a Unreported expense with receipt
4. Now open new dot tab
5. Open track expense

Expected Result:

Unreported expense with receipt created in old dot must be shown correctly in new dot

Actual Result:

In NewDot, an expense created in OldDot with a receipt appears as two expense previews:
The first preview keeps loading infinitely
The second preview appears blank, but when opened, the receipt is visible inside the expense details
However, when tapping the receipt inside the details page, the receipt page keeps loading infinitely
