Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

Upgrade @react-native-community/netinfo to latest

What is the root cause of that problem?

React Native 0.82 requires a newer version of @react-native-community/netinfo

  ├── dependencies["@react-native-community/netinfo"]: found "11.2.1", expected "^11.3.3"

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

• update current version (11.2.1) to latest (11.4.1)
• update package.json, package-lock.json, podfile.lock accordingly
• update 2 patches to be compatible with 11.4.1. They were added to support new architecture.
  They're working on this but PR not merged yet.

There's no breaking changes. Just bug fixes and a few unrelated features

It's an upgrade

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

1. We need to upgrade RN community/netinfo to the latest stable version

npm install --save @react-native-community/netinfo

2. for IOS, install pods:

cd ios && pod-install && cd ..

3. for android:

cd android && ./gradlew clean && cd ..

4. Check for existing patch-package patches

• If repo contains:

patches/@react-native-community-netinfo+*.patch

We need to remove this, because patches are version specific and will break after upgrade.

• If we still need the behaviour from old patch, recreate it:
  npx patch-package @react-native-community-netinfo

Note: My proposal is different because it includes patches to migrate
