Define process to resolve issues in Sentry #80529

It would be nice to start associating particular errors with current status and some history regarding them.Turns out that some of them are already resolved, have related GH issues but Sentry doesn't mention any of this info.It would be probably nice to come up with some sort of strategy and further actions when it comes to these errors.
As an example lets take this issue.It was kind of special as there was a very little info but Ive finally managed to dig to this particular PR and find out that it was actually fixed in the 9.2.65-6 version of the app.It was still appearing in Sentry daily but it was all coming from the older versions of the app (that is probably a discussion for another thread - how to make sure these fixes make it to everybody).
It could've saved me a few hours of investigating if it was linked in any way to related issue and somehow marked as resolved.Looks like Sentry gives a few options on how to treat such cases - comments in activity sections, issue tracking or resolve it in general or with particular versions.
