Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Navigate to "Reports" > "Expenses"
3. Create a manual expense.
4. Once expense preview is not highlighted anymore, open it.
5. Close RHP.
6. Note that expense is displayed highlighted again.

Expected Result:

Expense created while on "Expenses" section on "Reports", should only be highlighted after being created.

Actual Result:

Expense created while on "Expenses" section on "Reports", is displayed highlighted again after being opened.
