Action Performed:

1. Sign in to ND
2. Create a new workspace
3. Enable distance rates in More features
4. Create distance expense in the workspace chat
5. Navigate to More features and enable taxes
6. Open Distance rates page and enable Track tax in Settings
7. Open expense details from step 4
8. Go offline and edit the description (category, date)

Expected Result:

"Tax no longer valid" error does not appear when editing distance expense offline
