Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.
Prerequisite 2: Account has Self DM.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Create three manual expenses.
4. Note that report carousel is autoscrolled to the last created expense.
5. Navigate to Self DM.
6. Create another manual expense.
7. Tap on "Submit it to someone" and submit the expense to the workspace where previous expenses where created.
8. Note that when landing on chat, carousel returns to first expense and is not autoscrolled to the just submitted one.

Expected Result:

After submitting a track expense to a workspace, report carousel should be autoscrolled to this expense and it should be displayed highlighted.

Actual Result:

The report carousel does not autoscrolled to the last expense when submitted from Self DM, instead returning to the first created one. Behavior is different on the Android app, where the carousel is autoscrolled when an expense is submitted from Self DM.
