App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Go offline.
4. Create a scan expense with PDF receipt.
5. Open the expense.
6. If there is no crash, go back to workspace chat and open the expense.

Expected Result:

App will not crash.

Actual Result:

App crashes when opening scan expense with PDF receipt offline.
