Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create a new user with a new email with a '+' in it.
3. Select the option "Manage my team's expenses"
4. Select the option of "1-10 employees" and click continue
5. Select the QBD option, then finish the flow
6. Go to Concierge chat
7. Click the "tags" deeplink in the "Set up categories and tags" task.

Expected Result:

Clicking the tags deeplink should redirect directly to More Features when Tags is disabled.

Actual Result:

Clicking the tags deeplink briefly redirects to the Tags page before redirecting to More Features, even though Tags is disabled.
