App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Launch Hybrid app or navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go To workspace settings >> Workflows >> Payments section
3. Click Connect bank account and complete the Plaid flow
4. Click on the Payer pushrow

Expected Result:

Badge outline should be visible in Payer page when user is selected

Badge outline not visible in Payer page when user is selected
