Device used: Mac 26.2 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to workspace chat.
  3. Create an expense with amount -9.99.
  4. Open the report.
  5. Click More > Split.
  6. Click on any amount field.
  7. Move the cursor to the first digit before the decimal point (between 4 and decimal point in -4.99).
  8. Press keyboard delete or backspace.

Expected Result:

-4.99 will be changed to -0.99 (similar behavior with FAB > Create expense > Manual).

Actual Result:

Nothing changes. It is not responsive.
