Action Performed:
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Go to workspace chat.
Create an expense with amount -9.99.
Open the report.
Click More > Split.
Click on any amount field.
Move the cursor to the first digit before the decimal point (between 4 and decimal point in -4.99).
Press keyboard delete or backspace.
Expected Result:
-4.99 will be changed to -0.99 (similar behavior with FAB > Create expense > Manual).
