Action Performed:

  1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to Security > Close account
  3. Enter all required information in required fields
  4. Click the Close Account button
  5. Click the Yes, continue button
  6. Once redirected to the Sign In page, reopne account
  7. Open the Self chat

Expected Result:

The self chat background image should display correctly after reopening the account.

Actual Result:

Self chat background image is broken after reopening the account
