Action Performed:
- Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
- Create new workspace
- Enable Taxes field
- Create 2 expenses in the workspace chat
- Go to Reports > Expense
- Go offline
- Select 2 created expenses
- Click on dropdown and select 'Multiple edit'
- Select '5% tax rate'
- Click on 'Save'
- Open any expense
Expected Result:
Test 31: tax amount and tax rate should update appropriately
Actual Result:
Tax rate is displayed as '0%'
