Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Create two manual expenses.
4. Navigate to report and open one of the expenses.
5. Send one comment on expense report.
6. Turn off internet connection.
7. Tap on "More" > "Split"
8. Split into three transactions and save.
9. Once redirected to report, select and delete one of the three splits via report dropdown.
10. Return to workspace chat.
11. Note that reply hyperlink count, correctly shows "2 Replies"
12. Turn off internet connection.
13. Note that reply hyperlink count returns to "3 Replies", despite one of the splits being already deleted.
14. Reopen report and return to chat.
15. Note that count returns to "2 Replies"

Expected Result:

After deleting an split with comments while offline and returning online, reply hyperlink count on expenses preview should displayed the correct amount of replies.

Actual Result:

After deleting an split with comments while offline and returning online, reply hyperlink count on expenses preview, shows an incorrect number of replies.
