Device used: Mac 15.4.1 Safari, iPhone 13 iOS 26.3.1
App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with a new account
3. Create a new workspace and set its primary currency to "AUD"
4. Navigate to Workspace settings > Workflows > Add bank account > Connect manually
5. Proceed through the bank account connection flow until Step 3: Business Information
6. Go offline
7. Click outside the RHP to close or exit the "Connect Bank Account" flow
8. Navigate to "Workspace Overview"
9. Click the currency field and change the currency
10. Go online

Expected Result:

A red dot appears near the Overview and an error message should appear under the currency field which can be closed by the user, if the Add Bank Account flow is unexpectedly closed while offline and the default workspace currency is changed.

Actual Result:

A red dot appears near the Overview without any explanation when changing the currency offline while a non-US bank account is partially added.
